Over 20 years ago when Leon Chi discovered his love for sushi making. After many years of working in Manhattan, Leon decided to open his own restaurant. Leon wanted to share his own recipes and culinary tastes and thus the Shiki brand was born.
We at Shiki strive to provide excellent customer service, high quality sushi, and a memorable dining experience.
