Mark your calendar for CRAVE! NW, the Inland Northwest's premier food and drink celebration, happening 5-9pm on Thursday, July 16 through Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Riverfront Park.

Over three unforgettable summer nights, this community celebration brings together visionary chefs, artisan producers, craft beverage makers, and food lovers to toast the flavors, people, and stories that define the Northwest. Each evening offers its own experience—from country-inspired comfort food to global tastings to bold, flame-kissed creations—plus a lineup of intimate offsite showcases across the city.

Make a day of it and start at River Park Square, just steps from the festival. Shop your favorite stores, grab a bite, and gather with friends before heading to the celebration. Parking is easy in our centrally located garage—and it's just $5 after 5pm, so you can settle in and enjoy the evening. Meet us there, then stroll down to the river for a night to remember.
