Make a Splash Swimsuit Drive | Spokane Parks Foundation

For the month of June, River Park Square concierge will be accepting donations of new swimsuits for the Spokane Parks Foundation Make-a-Splash swimsuit drive. The effort is a partnership with the Spokane Parks Foundation and works to ensure children in need in our community can get a new swimsuit.

Appropriate swim attire is a requirement at our community pools for both safety and the pool's filtration system.

Over the years, the executive director for the Spokane Parks Foundation has shared how heartbreaking it can be to see a child unable to get into the pool because they don't have a swimsuit.

That's why events like the swimsuit drive are so helpful to local kids and families. Donations will be sorted by the Spokane Parks Foundation at the end of May and then distributed to local schools, community resource centers, nonprofits, and neighborhood pools.
